I love watching your videos and your workouts, and I believe you have been so successful because you're healthy, but you're not ridiculously strict about your foods and macros, and you behave like a normal human on camera, it is such a relief to see the reality! I consider myself a fitness nut and I'm a vegan food blogger on Instagram, but I haven't quite managed to start doing workout videos and vlogs yet. Hopefully I can be successful like you! 😊

  6. Is also hard to eat healthier in taiwan uni hahaha. because taiwan uni cannot cook ourself and I must eat either food in the canteen, food outside or food in 7-11. And until now I'm still thinking how to lose fat when study in taiwan uni hahaha

  16. hi emi! my mom and i are planning to go to hong kong in 2019 (haven’t yet decided where), and I’m wondering if there are any shops/stores that are affordable but sells stuff like stationary/plushies (really just all sorts of stuff)
    an example is artbox stores in korea, sorry if it’s a weird/hard/confusing question! thank you emi! you’re really motivating!

  18. Great video! I have a question. What do you think about drinking lemon-Apple cider vinegar water first thing in the morning? I've been hearing that it helps in weight loss but I'm scared to try it lol I do workout and stuff though.

  22. What I really like about your body is that u look fit and not "just thin". For instance you still have healthy looking legs and not sticks. Most fitness bloggers tend to put one leg before the others so you cannot see that little bit of fat on thighs and in your video thumbnail you just stood straight in front of the camera. 🙂
