  2. I got a questionfor that lunge part. In 2010,I suffered a major knee injury. It was healed within the next few months and I have full movement.however,It is painful at times when I am running too much. to that end, the old trainer banned me from doing lunges. Can I do anything else that has the same effect?

  6. yes, it is for beginners and it is amazing! I completed the workout I think this is best 3 times a week after weight training. The quiet doesn't bother me just bring your own music.

How many times a week would you recommend this? I have 100 pounds to loose I have lost 20 of the 100. But I definitely want to work on building muscle.

  9. Well, I am happy to report progress! I can use heavier weights and do both planks πŸ™‚ BUT there is ONE exercise where there is no progress at all and that is the push-up-shoulder tap….. ZERO improvement. And I am doing the 7-day yoga challenge by your guru, AWSOME!

  12. I walked every day over the summer but with the winter months have been stuck inside. I wanted at home workouts and also wanted to introduce weight training. I'd give this a two thumbs up but I haven't been able to move my legs for two days. LOL. Seriously though, you know it's working!

  13. Love it im gonna do this twice a week alternating one day with only cardio since ive just started my weight loss journey . Im morbidly obese but still i did alternating between both routines.   15. Hello Hasfit! I've just started working out to loose weight following only your videos. I'm just a beginner. I'm doing 3 days strength training (1 hour), 1 day HIIT (30 mins) and one day steady cardio (45 mins) in a week. Is that routine ok?

  16. First time doing workouts with weights.. Started with 5kg. As I'm new to it. Some of the exercises seemed tough to do throughout the interval. So took 5 secs rest in between. Half way through the exercises felt the heat on face. Loved it though. Will keep my progress posted.😊

  21. Thank you so much for this beginner video that is 30 min long. It is just right and giving us two options that we can choose between at every point is great. I get my 30 min workouts done in the mornings and then forget about it, till I need to climb some stairs or pick up a bag. Then I feel the burn and feel so proud of myself.

  28. god dam , i was doing the 17 min beginner a week and decided to do this one . I never sweated this much in my life , i was soaking . I feel so good that i finished this , i am so out of shape but slowly getting healthier
