Hello Guys, today we are preparing a high protein dish which is scrambled white egg with Tilapia fish So the ingredients are two fillets of Tilapia Four eggs pepper and salt to taste Broccoli Parsley Vine Tomatoes And I’m using cold pressed groundnut oil for shallow frying the Tilapia And we just need a dash of low fat milk for scrambled eggs
