How do I teach my kids about healthy eating?

It could be hard but remember your kids
are watching you. And when you’re learning about portion sizes, they are learning the same exact thing. So if they’re seeing that “oh, Mom’s eating
veggies. Mom’s, you know, preparing fruit instead of dessert. They’re gonna get accustomed to that and it’s just gonna make it easier for them as
adults to really, kind of, learn those healthy habits early on.
