  1. I just had major surgery and lost 10 pounds because of it and being so sick before that. I'm down to 100 pounds. I'm so scared I'm going to lose more weight. I had to cut out a lot of dairy because of being lactose intolerant. I also cut out legumes as many said to not have them after sugery because they cause a lot of inflammation. Not sure if I need to believe that, plus I love them. I'm so scared when I look at myself. I don't see me anymore. What can I use as the main source liquid ingredient in smoothies if I can't have milk due to being lactose intolerant? I also just joined a gym so I'm hoping to add some weights to help me build my muscles back up. I was sick for so long due to BII (Breast Implant Illness) and now that the cause of my sickness is gone, (I had an explant) I need to get stronger and get my weight back. Thanks for this video.
