I have a special recipe for you all
The favorite sweet of our most beloved Lord Ganesha
Make this low-carb modak and
enjoy the festival
Let’s start
Firstly we will roast the dry fruits
Heat-up the pan
add 1 tbsp Ghee (butter)
Dry fruits : 10g each Almonds
Pistachio, Walnuts and Cashew nuts
You can add or skip dry fruits according
to your taste and macros
Keep aside once golden brown in color
add 1 cup desiccated coconut in the same pan
saute for 1 minute in medium flame
Coconut is a low-carb and high fat ingredient
which can be used for making various
Keto Fat Bombs
Add 1/2 tbsp. Poppy seeds
saute for 30 seconds
Poppy seeds are special ingredients in Indian Ladoo
Also has many health benefits
Now we will add 1 cup coconut milk in two parts
Adding this way adds to the flavor of
keto sweet dumplings
let it cook for a minute
So coconut will become soft
Crush roasted dry fruits in parallel
Add Stevia
and remaining coconut milk
Mix well
Add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
crushed dry fruits
and mix well
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
so the mixture will become thick
and keto balls can be easily made
Let it cool for sometime
Take small portion of this mixture
and give it a modak shape with the help of palm
Delicious low carb Keto Modak is ready
Add this to your dessert list
