It’s very important
to have a balanced diet.
Fruits and vegetables
are important,
keeping your cholesterol low
and fat levels are important.
Carbohydrates or
sugars, in general,
have been underestimated
over the years
because excess sugars in our
body is converted to fat.
And so more and more, we
are focusing on people.
In a balanced
diet, it’s not just
eliminating fat and
cholesterol but also
decreasing the amount
of sugar in your diet.
